01. Read Kakobuy QC Photo Labels
A product card shows the listing image from the source listing. The guide example notes whether public QC image links were returned for that record. The example below keeps those two kinds of information separate.
Check the full listing for available references before relying on them. Ask the service handling your order about order-specific photos when you need them.
02. Match QC Photos to Product Variants
Keep the product identity consistent as you open the full listing and its references. Where an original listing or seller identity is shown, compare it with the item you intend to order. Leave missing identities or dates unresolved.
| Match this | Look for |
|---|---|
| Item and source | The same product, source item ID and seller where these are available. A similar silhouette is only a visual clue. |
| Colour and size | The option attached to the reference. A shared gallery can contain photos of other variants. |
| Record date | An inspection date attached to the reference, if present. Our catalog capture date describes a different event. |
| Your order | Records supplied for the item being handled for you before making an order-specific decision. |
03. Check Product Details in QC Photos
Work through the details that matter for your item. If a mark, label or measurement cannot be read, make it a question for the seller or purchasing service.
- Can you see the front, back and any important fastening or included accessory?
- Are the relevant print, label, seam and hardware details in focus?
- If measurements are shown, what is being measured and in which units?
- For a pair or set, can you compare the pieces that should be included?
A photograph documents visible details. Authenticity, material feel and long-term durability need other evidence; we do not infer them from the number of reference photos.
04. Check the Full Product Listing
Open the record on Kakobuy Spreadsheet to review the available groups and options. Shared reference photos help you prepare questions; confirm the information attached to your own order with the service handling it.
Keep package measurements separate from item measurements. A parcel’s length, width, height or weight does not tell you a hoodie’s chest width or a shoe’s insole length.
